Items noted as custom orders may require 15-30 business days to process.
We gladly ship to anywhere on the planet including P.O. boxes, APO addresses and third party delivery addresses.
We accept full responsibility for shipping charges related to warranty claims.
Order tracking
Once an order has been shipped you will be notified immediately via email of the tracking number and expected delivery date.If you do not receive an email with your tracking number within a reasonable time please call us at 1-877-670-2233 for a shipping confirmation and tracking number.
Shipping method
All orders are shipped via UPS/Purolator, with full tracking ability and delivery confirmation.We do have other shipping options if you prefer a different carrier, please contact us with your preferred shipping method.
Shipping rates
We have implemented a flat rate shipping price policy for all complete intakes.Any complete intake order delivered within the contiguous USA or Canada (48 states, 10 provinces): shipping cost $30.00
Any complete intake kit shipped to either Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Newfoundland or Nunavut: shipping cost $ 40.00
Small part orders have a flat rate shipping charge of $10.00 i.e filters, throttle collars etc. this includes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Newfoundland and Nunavut.
Delivery times
In stock items are shipped daily, delivery times are as follows:- East coast USA and CANADA 3-4 business days
- West coast USA and CANADA 6-8 business days
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Newfoundland 6-8 business days
- International orders 10-14 business days.
Custom orders can usually be processed in 15-30 business days, please contact us if you have any questions about custom order delivery times.
Above listed times are approximate and may vary depending on weather conditions and seasonal loads.All items shipped require an adult signature.
If you require an item to be delivered without a signature, please notify us of this when ordering. However, by doing this you accept responsibility for the item being received.
Import Duties, Handling Charges, and Brokerage Fees.
USA and CANADIAN orders onlyYou will not be charged any other delivery, handling, import, brokerage fees or taxes related to your order.
We accept full responsibility for any additional shipping charges handling, import, brokerage fees or taxes related to your order.
CANADIAN orders
We accept the responsibility for payment of all Federal (GST) and Provincial (HST) taxes related to all orders.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
You may incur other fees related to the importation, of your order, please confirm with your countries policies before ordering.
All orders will be confirmed with you either through email or phone within 24 hours of placing your order.
